Tom founded Skylark Homes in 2011, with the aim of building a reputation for using quality materials and providing well-designed homes of distinctive appearance.

Tom knows everyone involved throughout the build matters and deserves to be treated with fairness and respect. He believes valuing their contribution inspires a genuine interest and a pride in producing quality homes.

As Chair of the growing company, Tom works closely with the Managing Director on site acquisitions, strategic planning and in helping steer the company’s long-term growth and development, while always upholding its core values.

Blake is the Managing Director of Skylark Homes Ltd and joined the Company in 2018. He oversees all of the Companies day to day business operations and has been fundamental in shaping Skylark Homes into the Company it is today.

Blake has a wealth of experience within the construction industry which he has built upon over the past 15 years. He is also a huge advocate of CPD within the Company, and is working towards Chartered status alongside his CIOB qualification.
